Overview
This entity holds the details of your Organization, such as the Organization ID that is shared with you once you sign up to use the developer APIs. A User is always linked to one or more Organization and companies can set up more than one Bill.com Organization.
An Organization is linked to other entities within Bill.com:
Bank account |
An Organization has a bank account that is used to send payments to vendors and receive payments from customers. |
User management |
There are users within an organizations and these users have different user roles assigned to them. |
Account tracking | Organizations use different accounting software, and they have different account tracking segments, such as accounting classes, departments, employees, items, jobs, locations, and payment terms. |
